Birgit Seeger Named CEO of NORMA Group SE
The Supervisory Board of NORMA Group SE has appointed Birgit Seeger as the new CEO, effective November 1, 2025. This decision was announced on August 4, 2025. Seeger's appointment will be for a term of three years. She will succeed Mark Wilhelms, who is currently serving as the interim CEO and will step down on October 31, 2025. After stepping down, Wilhelms will rejoin the Supervisory Board starting November 1, 2025.
