Noram Lithium Announces Changes to Board and Marketing Update

Noram Lithium Corp., a key player in the lithium industry, has announced significant updates involving its Board of Directors and marketing strategies. The Vancouver-based company has welcomed Dr. C. Tucker Barrie and Mr. Greg McCunn to its Board, effective immediately. Dr. Barrie, an Economic Geologist with over 30 years of experience, returns to Noram after previously serving as its President and CEO. Mr. McCunn, with a strong background in mining and finance, continues as Noram's CEO, a position he has held since January 2023.

In addition to these board changes, Noram has renewed its marketing collaboration with Creative Direct Marketing Group Inc. ("CDMG") to enhance public awareness about the company. This renewed agreement is set to run from April to the end of June 2024, with CDMG receiving a total of US$499,950 for their services in installments. Notably, CDMG does not hold any direct or indirect securities in Noram and is considered an arm's length party.

Noram is dedicated to advancing its 100%-owned Zeus Lithium Project located in Clayton Valley, Nevada. As the electric vehicle and energy storage markets continue to grow, Noram aims to become a significant contributor to the United States’ lithium supply. The company emphasizes creating shareholder value through strategic capital allocation.
