NioCorp Completes Obligations on Yorkville Convertible Debenture

NioCorp Developments Ltd. (NASDAQ: NB) has fulfilled all remaining obligations under a $16 million convertible debenture issued in March 2023 to YA II PN, Ltd., an investment fund managed by Yorkville Advisors Global, LP. This milestone allows NioCorp to focus on securing further project financing for its Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in Nebraska.

Mark A. Smith, Executive Chairman and CEO of NioCorp, expressed satisfaction at extinguishing the debt. He highlighted the company's commitment to advancing the Elk Creek Project, which aims to produce niobium, scandium, and titanium, with potential for rare earth elements.
