Nicox appoints Damian Marron Chairman of the Board of Directors
Nicox SA, specialized in ophthalmology, announced the appointment of Damian Marron as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Marc Le Bozec also joins the Board as an independent director.
Damian Marron has extensive experience in portfolio management, mergers and acquisitions and R&D collaborations. He is currently Chairman of several boards, including Circio Hodling ASA and Imophoron Ltd.
Marc Le Bozec, life sciences entrepreneur, led the IPO of Cellectis and founded Neurodyx in 2024. He brings solid experience in finance and strategic consulting.
Jean-François Labbé and Les Kaplan are leaving their positions on the Council after many years of service. The Board of Directors is now composed of Damian Marron, Gavin Spencer, Michele Garufi and Marc Le Bozec.
