Nicox: 2024 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting Scheduled for June 28th
Nicox SA (Euronext Growth Paris: ALCOX), an international ophthalmology company, has announced that its 2024 ordinary shareholder meeting will take place on June 28th, 2024. The meeting will be held at 2:30 pm CEST at the BuroClub offices in Valbonne Sophia Antipolis, France.
As per article R.22.10-23 of the French Code de commerce, necessary documents, including a proxy voting form, will be sent to shareholders upon request. These will also be accessible at the company's headquarters and on its website by June 13th, 2024.
Shareholders have the option to vote by proxy, online, or in person. Detailed voting instructions are available on Nicox's website. For any queries regarding the voting process, shareholders can contact the Investor Relations team at ag2024nicox@nicox.com.
If the quorum is not met, a second meeting will be convened on July 15th, 2024, at the same location and time.
