NFON AG Reports Successful 2023 and Future Strategy at Annual General Meeting

Munich, 28 June 2024—NFON, a leading European provider of integrated cloud business communications, announced a successful year 2023 and outlined its future strategy at its Annual General Meeting. Representing 82.12% of the share capital, shareholders approved all agenda items by a wide margin.

Andreas Wesselmann, CTO since early 2024, emphasized innovations and AI to enhance NFON’s cloud software. Before joining NFON, Wesselmann held leadership roles at SAP. NFON aims to lead in AI and operational excellence, having reorganized management and optimized processes in late 2023.

Despite economic challenges, NFON boosted 2023 revenues to €82.3 million, with recurring revenues rising 4.8% to €77.1 million. Adjusted EBITDA grew by €9 million to €8.4 million. CEO Patrik Heider affirmed a focus on sustainable, profitable growth, anticipating continued positive results in 2024.
