NFON AG Reports Positive H1 2025 Business Performance

NFON AG, a European leader in business communications, has reported a 3.9% revenue increase to EUR 44.2 million for the first half of 2025. Non-recurring revenue saw a significant rise of 19.9% to EUR 2.9 million. The strategic implementation of AI solutions, including those from botario GmbH acquired in 2024, has been a key growth driver.

Despite a 1.1% decrease in installed seats to 657,584, NFON maintained a stable adjusted EBITDA of EUR 5.7 million, reflecting a 3.4% increase. The NFON Next 2027 initiative is advancing, with AI innovations like the NFON Intelligent Assistant enhancing the company's offerings.

Challenging market conditions have led NFON to revise its full-year revenue growth forecast to 3-5%, down from an initial 8-10%. Despite this, NFON remains optimistic, supported by its solid strategic direction and growing AI capabilities.
