NFON AG Completes Merger with Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH
Munich, 15 July 2024 - NFON AG has successfully completed its merger with Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH. The merger, which was part of NFON's transformation process initiated in April 2024, was officially entered in the commercial register on 11 July 2024. As a result, NFON AG inherits all rights and obligations of Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH.
This merger marks a significant milestone in NFON's strategy for sustainable profitable growth. Integrating Deutsche Telefon Standard GmbH will strengthen NFON's position in the German market. It will also create a standardized product range, allowing the company to leverage synergies and achieve efficiency gains in the future.
