NextSource Materials Bolsters Top Management Team for Next Phase of Growth

The Board of NextSource announces the appointment of Hanré Rossouw as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective November 1, 2024. Hanré joins the Board as a Director from September 1, 2024.
Hanré brings extensive experience from the global natural resources industry, having served as Executive Director and CFO of Sasol Limited. His background in business development, M&A, capital markets, and asset management makes him a valuable asset for NextSource.
Current President and CEO Craig Scherba will continue as a Director and Chief Development Officer, focusing on strategy, offtake negotiations, and expanding OEM relationships worldwide.
Sir Mick Davis, Chair of the Board, expressed confidence in the leadership changes, emphasizing the significant potential for growth in the graphite market.
