Nextech3D.ai to Acquire Eventdex in a $700,000 All-Cash Deal
Nextech3D.ai has announced its intention to acquire Eventdex for approximately $700,000 in an all-cash transaction. Eventdex, known for its registration and badge-printing software, serves over 60 clients and generated around $750,000 in revenue for 2024. The purchase aligns with Nextech3D.ai's strategy to enhance its event technology services by integrating Eventdex’s capabilities.
The merger promises to bolster Nextech3D.ai's blockchain ticketing endeavor, leveraging Eventdex’s technology to offer secure and authenticated ticketing solutions. The two companies aim to deliver comprehensive event management, combining Map D's interactive floor mapping with Eventdex's efficient registration services.
Pending a successful 30-day due diligence period, the acquisition is expected to close by October 19, 2025. CEO Evan Gappelberg emphasized the importance of a unified platform in meeting the evolving needs of event organizers.
