Nexans in exclusive discussions for the sale of Lynxeo

Nexans announced that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with Latour Capital to sell its Lynxeo division. The transaction is expected to be worth €525 million, subject to regulatory approvals. This move is in line with Nexans' strategy to focus on electrification. Lynxeo, which specializes in industrial cables, generates sales of €700 million and employs 2,000 people worldwide. Latour Capital sees Lynxeo as a growth opportunity in a growing market. The sale is expected to close in the second half of 2025.
