Quinenco Reduces its Stake in Nexans

On September 8, 2025, Nexans received a statement from the Quinenco Group regarding the reduction of its stake in the capital. Quinenco, through its entities Invexans Limited (UK) and various directors, has fallen below the threshold of 10% of the capital and voting rights of Nexans, now holding 9.18%.

This decrease is the result of the sale of shares outside the market, in a process of placement by accelerated construction of an order book. Invexans Limited (UK) is the main holder, owning 9.16% of the capital.

This change reflects Quinenco's portfolio adjustment strategies, revising its position as one of the world leaders in the energy and data transmission sector.
