Nexans Announces Share Capital and Voting Rights Update for May 2024

Nexans S.A. has released an update on its share capital and voting rights as of May 31, 2024. The update, made in compliance with article L. 233-8 II of the French commercial Code and articles 221-1 2° f) and 223-16 of the AMF Regulations, was officially reported on June 4, 2024.

As of the reporting date, Nexans had a total of 43,753,380 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights also stood at 43,753,380, while the number of exercisable voting rights was recorded at 43,747,572.

Nexans' articles of association include a provision that mandates shareholders to declare the crossing of thresholds other than the legal ones. This requirement is detailed in Article 7 of the company's articles of association, stating that any entity holding 2% or more of the share capital or voting rights must notify the company within fifteen days.
