L+P, a respected full-service real estate valuation firm based in Germany, will enhance Newmark's Valuation & Advisory business within its Investor Solutions division. This marks Newmark's fourth valuation acquisition this year, reinforcing its position in Europe.

L+P, known for its independent, high-quality valuation services, specializes in commercial, residential, and specialized real estate. The integration aims to leverage L+P's local market expertise with Newmark's global platform and technology, promising greater value for clients.
