Network-1 Technologies Announces Semi-Annual Dividend

NEW CANAAN, CT - Network-1 Technologies, Inc. (NYSE American: NTIP) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.05 per common share in accordance with its dividend policy. This dividend of $0.05 per share will be paid on March 29, 2024 to shareholders of record on March 15, 2024.
