Black Book Research has named Netsmart as the leader in physical therapy technology platforms, achieving the highest customer satisfaction among twenty competitors. This comes from its annual survey, where 942 industry professionals from 903 practices contributed. Netsmart's TheraOffice® EHR and practice management software stood out for its comprehensive capabilities tailored for a wide range of therapy clinics, including those specializing in physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Steve Dix of Netsmart emphasized the company's commitment to rehabilitation care's future through continuous innovation. This dedication has placed Netsmart ahead in the competition, notably in key areas like innovative virtual care solutions, patient-centric features, interoperability, and outcome measurement tools for evidence-based care. A significant majority of survey respondents credited Netsmart's solutions for setting new industry standards, particularly in facilitating virtual appointments and enhancing patient engagement.

Black Book Research's Doug Brown highlighted the importance of these features in supporting patient-therapist communication and treatment adherence. Additionally, 58% of providers valued Netsmart's interoperability capabilities, essential for efficient cross-provider collaboration.
