Netfonds AG Publishes Audited Annual Financial Statements for 2023

Hamburg, 27 May 2024 - Netfonds AG has released its audited annual financial statements for 2023, approved by the Supervisory Board and auditor. Changes reflect a non-cash, one-off adjustment of €1.70 million due to wealth management corrections and equity consolidation in NSI Asset AG.

Netfonds achieved gross sales of €192.9 million, up from €176.4 million. Net sales increased to €36.6 million from €33.6 million. However, EBITDA fell to €4.9 million from €6.5 million, and EBIT decreased to €1.3 million. The consolidated profit after tax resulted in a net loss of €0.28 million, while Netfonds AG reported a net income of €0.25 million.

A proposed dividend of €0.25 per share will be discussed at the Annual General Meeting on 27 August 2024. The company expects double-digit growth in 2024, anticipating a significant rise in net sales and operating results.
