Nepra Foods Provides Status Update on Annual Financial Statements Filing
Nepra Foods Inc. has provided an update regarding the timeline for filing its audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024. The company aims to file the required documents by August 29, 2024. This follows a management cease trade order (MCTO) issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on July 30, 2024, which restricts the trading abilities of the CEO and CFO until the documents are filed.
The MCTO does not affect other shareholders’ ability to trade. According to National Policy 12-203, Nepra Foods has experienced no material changes since the last update on August 2, 2023. The company continues to fulfill its reporting requirements and foresees no subsequent defaults related to the initial announcement.
