Nepra Foods Inc. (CSE:NPRA)(FSE:2P6)(OTC PINK:NPRFF) announced the revocation of its cease trade order (CTO) by the British Columbia Securities Commission and the Ontario Securities Commission on July 5, 2024. This order was initially issued on October 6, 2023, due to the company's failure to file annual audited financial statements and interim financial statements for the periods ending March 31, 2023, and June 30, 2023.

The company has now filed the required financial documents, which are available on its SEDAR+ profile. As a result, Nepra Foods expects the trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange to resume soon. Despite the CTO, the company continued its business operations.
