Neoen Secures 164 MWp of Solar Projects in France
Neoen has been awarded 164 MWp of solar and agrisolar projects by the French government's Energy Regulation Commission. These new projects, secured through the latest call for tenders, reinforce Neoen’s position as the leading awardee in the PPE2 ground-mounted PV tenders, totaling 642 MWp.
The projects, located across several French regions, will become operational between 2026 and 2032. This victory boosts Neoen’s secured project portfolio in France to over 2.5 GW. Neoen's strategy includes a significant focus on agrivoltaic projects, linking renewable energy with agriculture, further establishing its expertise in this area.
Neoen's CEO, Xavier Barbaro, highlighted the company's commitment to high-quality, large-scale solar projects, supporting energy transition in France and globally. With a strong pipeline in solar, wind, and storage, Neoen aims to continue its growth and contribution to renewable energy development.
