NamR: Approval of the conciliation protocol for the transfer of assets
On May 5, 2025, namR, a company specializing in Data Intelligence for the ecological transition, obtained approval of its conciliation protocol from the Paris Economic Activities Court. This decision, taken on April 29, 2025, concerns the sale of assets to Addactis. As a result, namR received an immediate payment of €3.5 million, with a potential additional payment of €700,000 by June 30, 2025, subject to compliance with contractual obligations. NamR currently has a cash position of €2.6 million. The publication of the 2024 accounts, delayed pending this approval, will be made soon.
