Namibia Critical Metals Inc. Shareholders Approve Key Resolutions at Annual Meeting

On May 16, 2024, Namibia Critical Metals Inc. hosted its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a robust attendance, representing 61.92% of the shares via presence or proxy. The meeting concluded with unanimous approval of all proposed agendas, including the reelection of directors, adoption of a modified stock option plan, and confirmed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors for the next fiscal year.

The reelection saw Adrian Hickey, Darrin Campbell, William Price, and Steve Herlihy securing their positions on the board with overwhelming support. Each director successfully attracted more than 99% votes in favor, highlighting strong backing from the company’s shareholders.

In addition to director elections, the shareholders passed the amendment of the stock option plan, which grants the company the flexibility to issue stock options up to 10% of its issued shares at the time of granting. Also, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP will continue as the company's auditors, maintaining the audit’s continuity.
