Nakiki SE Secures New Litigation Funding Agreement Worth EUR 5 Million
Nakiki SE has announced the conclusion of a litigation financing agreement with Legal Finance International GmbH. The agreement is valued at up to EUR 5 million and is intended to provide funding for the defendant in legal proceedings.
Under this agreement, Legal Finance International will finance the legal costs of the opposing party or the defendant. In the event of a victory, Legal Finance will receive double the legal costs incurred along with a one-time premium payment. This premium can reach up to EUR 785,000.
The arrangement shows Nakiki SE's commitment to supporting defendants in selected cases, potentially easing the financial burden of legal disputes.
