Nakiki SE Reaches EUR 1.26 Million Settlement
Nakiki SE has announced a settlement in a legal dispute for EUR 1.26 million. The settlement was achieved through a subsidiary in another EU country. The defendant agreed to make the payment to the plaintiff, which was financed by Legal Finance International GmbH.
The financing subsidiary is entitled to 50% of the settlement amount. The payment is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
NAKIKI SE, soon to be known as Legal Finance Holding SE, is based in Hamburg, Germany. The company is listed on multiple stock exchanges including Frankfurt, Berlin, and Munich.
