NAGRAVISION Launches AI Customer Care Agent for Telecom Operators on AWS Marketplace

NAGRAVISION, a division of Kudelski Group, has unveiled the NAGRA Insight Negotiation Agent on AWS Marketplace. This AI-powered customer care solution is designed to improve telecom operators' customer service, especially in the billing area, which constitutes over 60% of call center traffic.

Leveraging AI and digital twin technology, the NAGRA Insight Negotiation Agent autonomously interacts with subscribers in natural language, anticipating their needs and promoting new services. It integrates with Amazon Web Services tools like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Connect.

Mathieu Fivaz, SVP of Data Science at NAGRAVISION, emphasized the solution's role in reducing churn and optimizing revenue while bringing global accessibility through collaboration with AWS.

The NAGRA Insight Negotiation Agent also provides telco-specific intelligence for better consumer understanding, autonomous efficiency, and handling complex data scenarios.
