Mynaric AG Announces Resignation of Chairman Bulent Altan

Mynaric AG has announced the resignation of Bulent Altan as both Chairman and Member of its Supervisory Board. Altan, who took on these roles following his election in August 2023, is stepping down effective April 1, 2025, citing personal reasons. This announcement was made public on March 28, 2025.
