MyHotelMatch: new postponement of the publication of its 2023 annual accounts

MyHotelMatch has announced a further postponement of the publication of its 2023 annual accounts and its 2023 annual financial report. Initially scheduled for April 30, 2024, then postponed to September 30, 2024, these publications are now postponed until November 30, 2024.

This decision follows the request of the auditors. They wish to ensure the accuracy and compliance of the financial and operational aspects of the past year. The postponement also impacts the date of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting. The Managing Director, Yves Abitbol, has requested an extension from the Registry of the Paris Court.
