MVISE AG Reports Overwhelming Approval at 2025 AGM

At the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on May 6th, mVISE AG received approval ratings exceeding 99% for all agenda items. The Düsseldorf-based company highlighted its significant achievements during the past two years, marking them as the most successful in its history. CEO Ralf Thomas attributed the increase in EBITDA margins—up by approximately 400%—to strategic restructuring and improved operational efficiency.

The AGM also introduced three strategic options for future development. Thomas expressed a preference for mVISE transitioning into a software serial acquirer, emphasizing the newly gained autonomy in strategic direction. The issuance of new shares, aimed at complete debt relief, is planned to support this growth trajectory.
