Mutares Successfully Sells Balcke-Dürr Nuklear Service to Cyclife Germany

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA announced its fourth successful exit in 2024 with the sale of Balcke-Dürr Nuklear Service GmbH to Cyclife Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of EDF Group. This transaction aligns with the strategic focus of NEM Energy Group, which aims to bolster its position in the heat transfer technology sector.

Balcke-Dürr Nuklear Service, established in 2018, has quickly become a leading provider of nuclear decommissioning and engineering services in Germany. Cyclife Germany GmbH, part of the EDF Group, aims to enhance its market presence in Germany through this acquisition.
