Mutares Completes Acquisition of Eltel Networks Energetyka and Eltel Networks Engineering

Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully finalized the acquisition of Eltel Networks Energetyka S.A. and Eltel Networks Engineering S.A. from Eltel AB. These companies are leading providers of electrical power engineering services in Poland and generated revenues of approximately EUR 36 million in 2023.

With this acquisition, Mutares aims to strengthen its Goods & Services segment. Eltel Networks Energetyka and Eltel Networks Engineering specialize in high voltage services, including planning, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of transmission and distribution networks. The acquired companies have a workforce of around 410 employees and main offices in Kraków, Rzeszów, and Olsztyn.

In the coming months, expansion efforts will focus on the high-voltage segment in Poland and neighboring countries. This strategy will leverage Mutares' expertise from its portfolio companies Conexus and Efacec.
