Mutares Completes Acquisition of Cikautxo Rubber & Plastic Components
Mutares SE & Co. KGaA has successfully completed the acquisition of Cikautxo Rubber & Plastic Components (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. from CIKAUTXO S.COOP. This company will join the SFC Group, part of Amaneos, enhancing their market presence in the automotive industry.
Founded in 2011, Cikautxo China specializes in rubber and plastic components for both automotive and household appliances. Major clients include Daimler, Ford, Geely, Volvo, BSH, and Haier. In 2023, the company generated revenues of approximately EUR 13 million.
The acquisition aims to expand SFC Group's manufacturing footprint in Asia, enabling better support for existing customers and exploring new market opportunities. SFC Group provides fluid transfer systems, lightweight fluid products, and sealing solutions for the automotive sector.
