Murchison Minerals Embraces Semi-Annual Reporting
Murchison Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V:MUR)(OTC:MURMF) has announced its participation in the Semi-Annual Reporting Pilot Program under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. This decision allows the company to switch from quarterly to semi-annual financial reporting, a change aimed at reducing administrative and financial burdens.
The company will not file interim financial statements for the period ending March 31, 2026, and September 30, 2026. Instead, it will provide six-month interim financial reports and annual audited financial statements as scheduled. Murchison confirms it meets the eligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer with annual revenues under $10 million.
Murchison remains committed to transparency and will report all material changes according to National Instrument 51-102 requirements.
