New Reimbursement Framework for MUNIC
MUNIC, a specialist in embedded technologies, has signed an amendment to its convertible bond financing agreement. The agreement covers a balance of €1.4 million from a 2019 loan, deferred for repayment between 2025 and 2027.
The amendment, effective July 24, 2025, was approved by the Board of Directors. It provides financial flexibility for MUNIC, spreading out repayments according to a specific schedule. Phased payments are planned, beginning with a repayment in July 2025 and ending in July 2027.
The bondholders, including Odyssée Venture and Aaron Solomon, have agreed to limit conversion requests before certain dates. This new amendment does not change other elements of the initial contract.
