Multitude SE Completes Transfer of Registered Office to Malta

Gzira, 1 July 2024 – Multitude SE, a listed European FinTech company offering digital lending and online banking services, has completed the transfer of its registered office from Finland to Malta as of 30 June 2024. The move was executed in accordance with Article 8 of the Council Regulation (EC) No 2157/2001 on the Statute for a European company (SE).

The company's new registration number is SE 21, and it is now registered with the Malta Business Registry at ST Business Centre, 120, the Strand, Gzira, GZR 1027, Malta. The transfer included a new ISIN (MT0002810100), a new WKN (A40G1Q), and a new trading symbol (E4I), but did not affect its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

The change also involved a shift in the issuer central securities depository from Euroclear Finland Oy to the Malta Stock Exchange. Shares are now held through the international depository Clearstream Banking S.A. based in Luxembourg. The company’s LEI Code remains unchanged.

This relocation is the first step in Multitude SE’s planned move to Switzerland. The company intends to convert into a public limited liability company under Maltese law before redomiciling to Switzerland.
