Gzira, 18 September 2024 – Multitude P.L.C., a prominent European FinTech company, has completed its transition from a societas europaea to a Maltese public limited company. This change took effect on 3 September 2024. Consequently, the company's name changed from Multitude SE to Multitude P.L.C., and its registration number updated to C 109441.
