Pierre Lassonde Increases Stake in Fuerte Metals Through Strategic Acquisitions

Pierre Lassonde has announced significant acquisitions in Fuerte Metals Corporation. On October 9, 2025, Lassonde acquired 4,900,000 subscription receipts via a private placement at C$1.65 each, totaling C$8,085,000. These receipts were later converted into units, each comprising one common share and a warrant allowing the purchase of another share at C$2.50 for five years.

By December 18, 2025, Lassonde further expanded his holdings by acquiring 3,054,607 common shares — 3,015,620 privately at $4.35 per share and 38,987 on the public market at $4.759 each. Previously owning 7,145,393 shares, Lassonde's latest investments now give him 15,100,000 common shares and 4,900,000 warrants, representing 15.76% on a partially-diluted basis.
