Mr. Bricolage: Evolution of the Number of Voting Rights in September 2025
Mr.Bricolage, based in La Chapelle Saint Mesmin, has published its monthly report on the changes in the number of voting rights and shares as of September 30, 2025. In accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, key information has been highlighted.
The total number of shares currently outstanding is 10,387,755. Regarding voting rights, the gross total amounts to 16,951,202. However, the net number of voting rights reaches 16,795,945, this figure taking into account shares without voting rights.
