The company’s shares remain listed in the Scale segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Despite the name change, the ISIN DE000A1TNWJ4 and WKN A1TNWJ stay the same, with only the ticker symbol changing to MPCG.
The rebranding emphasizes the company's focus as an investment and operating group for maritime and energy infrastructure. MPC Oceanic Group employs around 270 people across ten countries, managing assets worth approximately EUR 5.6 billion, including over 400 vessels and energy assets.
