MPC Capital AG Announces Major Changes to Its Management Board

MPC Münchmeyer Petersen Capital AG has unveiled significant shifts in its Management Board, set to take place after the Annual General Meeting on June 13, 2024. Constantin Baack is poised to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer from Ulf Holländer, who will transition to the Supervisory Board. Baack has been a part of the MPC Group since 2008 and has served on the Management Board since 2015.

In another major move, Christian Schwenkenbecher will be promoted to the Management Board and will take on the role of Chief Client Officer starting from the same date. Schwenkenbecher joined the firm in 2022 and currently is the Head of Institutional Sales & Products. The reshuffling aligns with MPC Capital’s strategic goals, ensuring leadership continuity and a renewed focus on client relationships and operational excellence.
