Mountain Alliance Sells Entire Stake in AlphaPet and Realizes Further Profit
Mountain Alliance AG has finalized an agreement to sell its remaining stake in AlphaPet Ventures GmbH through its subsidiary, Mountain Technology AG. The deal is expected to close shortly.
Mountain Alliance AG has been an investor in AlphaPet since 2017 and retained just under 1.2% of the company. AlphaPet specializes in premium pet supplies, featuring brands like Arden Grange and Wolfsblut. The sale will generate gross proceeds of around EUR 1.8 million for Mountain Alliance AG.
Daniel Wild, Supervisory Board member, stated: "We have successfully supported AlphaPet for many years and are proud of the profit realized from our investment. We expect one or two more profitable exits this year."
