Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) has announced a share repurchase executed by Numis Securities Limited (trading as “Deutsche Numis”) on 2 September 2024. This buyback is part of the programme announced on 26 July 2024.
The company repurchased 134,000 ordinary shares, with the highest price paid at 411.00p and the lowest at 402.50p. The volume-weighted average price was 408.6656p per share.
Following this transaction, Molten Ventures's issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 1,721,043 of them held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the company is now 187,325,407.
The transaction details, including the times and specific prices of individual share purchases, comply with EU Market Abuse Regulation Article 5(1)(b).
