Molten Ventures Plc: POS-Transaction in Own Shares

Molten Ventures Plc (LSE: GROW, Euronext Growth: GRW) announced on 4 September 2024 the purchase of ordinary shares by Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis," on behalf of the company. This acquisition is part of the share repurchase program initiated on 26 July 2024.

A total of 90,000 ordinary shares were acquired. The highest price paid per share was 406.50p, while the lowest was 392.00p. The volume-weighted average price paid stood at 398.4562p.

After this transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital consists of 189,046,450 ordinary shares. The company now holds 1,921,043 ordinary shares in treasury, with a total of 187,125,407 voting rights.

Shareholders may use this figure for regulatory disclosure purposes under the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules, the Transparency Regulations (Directive 2004/109/EC) 2007, and the Central Bank (Investment Market Conduct) Rules 2019.
