Molten Ventures Plc Executes Share Repurchase

Molten Ventures Plc, listed on LSE as GROW and Euronext Growth as GRW, has announced a repurchase of its ordinary shares on 3 September 2024. Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis", purchased 110,000 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 397.50p to 414.00p, with a volume-weighted average price of 406.2129p per share.

Following this transaction, Molten Ventures’ issued share capital stands at 189,046,450 ordinary shares, with 1,831,043 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights now number 187,215,407. This repurchase is part of the company’s share buyback initiative announced on 26 July 2024.

Shareholders can use these figures to verify their holdings in compliance with regulatory rules, including the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
