Molten Ventures plc, a venture capital firm specializing in high-growth digital technology, has announced the successful completion of its exit from M-Files. This exit followed pending regulatory approvals and marks a substantial return for the company.

Initially invested in the Series A round in 2013, Molten Ventures achieved a 7.4x multiple on its invested capital. This exit contributes to total group realizations for the financial year, now reaching £124 million, surpassing the original £100 million guidance.
