Molten Ventures Announces Share Buyback Transaction

Molten Ventures Plc has disclosed a recent transaction involving the repurchase of its ordinary shares. On August 15, 2024, Numis Securities Limited, trading as "Deutsche Numis," purchased 39,255 ordinary shares on behalf of Molten Ventures.

The purchase prices ranged between 388.00 and 400.00 pence per share, with a volume-weighted average price of 393.2754 pence per share. This buyback follows the share repurchase program announced on July 26, 2024.

Following the transaction, Molten Ventures' issued share capital comprises 189,046,450 ordinary shares, 1,055,156 of which are held in treasury. This results in a total of 187,991,294 voting rights for shareholders.

The transactions were conducted on the London Stock Exchange under ticker XLON. Shareholders may use the updated figures to determine their notification obligations regarding their interests in the company.
