Mobimo issues a CHF 120 million Green Bond
On 13 January 2025, Mobimo Holding AG successfully issued a CHF 120 million Green Bond on the Swiss market. This is the tenth issue for this Swiss real estate company. The fixed-rate Green Bond offers a coupon of 1.35% over a period of 6.2 years, with a maturity date of 28 March 2031. The funds will be used to finance sustainable projects in line with Mobimo's Green Bond Framework.
Zurich Cantonal Bank and Luzerner Kantonalbank AG were appointed Joint Lead Managers for this transaction. Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank acted as Co-Manager. The issue will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange from 27 January 2025.
