Minutes of the Oeneo General Meeting of July 25, 2024
The ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of Oeneo SA was held this morning in Bordeaux at the Cité du Vin. All resolutions presented were adopted by a large majority.
A dividend of €0.35 per share was approved for the 2023-2024 financial year, with a detachment scheduled for October 1, 2024 and payment on October 3, 2024. In governance, the mandates of Nicolas and Elie Heriard Dubreuil were renewed for three years.
Nicolas Heriard Dubreuil was re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, which remains composed of 9 directors, including 3 independents and 4 women, as well as 3 censors. The voting results will be available soon on the Oeneo website.
Oeneo will publish its half-yearly revenue for the 2024-2025 financial year on November 4, 2024.
