Minutes of the Lhyfe Combined General Meeting of May 23, 2024

The company Lhyfe, an independent producer of green hydrogen, held its Combined General Meeting on May 23, 2024. Chaired by Matthieu Guesné, Chairman of the Board of Directors, this meeting recorded the participation of numerous shareholders representing 81.22% of the rights voting rights, i.e. 54,446,842 rights.

The shareholders approved the corporate and consolidated accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023. The thirty proposed resolutions were also adopted. Detailed voting results will soon be available on the Lhyfe website.

Ms. Valérie Bouillon-Delporte announced her resignation from her functions as independent director and chair of the Nominations Committee, with effect from May 31, 2024, to devote herself to other activities.
