Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of METAVISIO - THOMSON Computing

The Combined General Meeting of Shareholders of METAVISIO – THOMSON Computing was held on May 16, 2024. The accounts for the financial year ending December 31, 2023, showing a profit of 1,075,126 euros, were approved.

All resolutions presented by the Board of Directors were adopted. The voting results will be available on the METAVISIO website.

The Board of Directors is now composed of Stephan Français, Marc Deschamps, Pierre Krasnovsky and Mengqiu Zhu.

The Meeting also validated the acquisition of shares in SCI SAINTANGE and the relocation of the head office to Château Saint Ange.

This decision reflects Stephan Français's desire to strengthen the company's resources for its expansion, particularly internationally. The valuation of SCI SAINTANGE and METAVISIO was carried out by approved experts, thus guaranteeing transparency and neutrality.
