Minutes of the Combined General Meeting of May 31, 2024 of SELECTIRENTE

The Combined General Meeting of SELECTIRENTE, held on May 31, 2024 at the company's head office, under the chairmanship of Jérôme DESCAMPS, reached a quorum of 96.64%. All resolutions were adopted.

The Meeting approved the distribution of a dividend of €4 per share for the 2023 financial year, an increase of more than 5% compared to the previous year. The detachment and payment of the dividend are scheduled for June 11 and 13, 2024.

The renewal of the mandates of five members of the Supervisory Board was validated. Nathalie de MORTEMART, Frédéric JARIEL, Cécile MAYER-LEVI, Marie SARDARI and Pierre VAQUIER are reappointed.
